Smoking Bylaws
Although long standing policy of both
Premier Security Inc. and Vanguard Security
Services Ltd., smoking near entrances to
buildings has now become illegal.

Standing orders state that security
personnel are only permitted to smoke if
they are off-duty and have removed their
security ID tags, and any other identifiable
security items, and walk well away from
venues at which they are posted. Please
note that, in effect, the new bylaws prohibit
smoking along the exterior of almost any
building. [read more... (PDF 2.7Mb)]
